aSIEMmetry was showcased during the Digital Innovation Zone 4.0 Conference, held on 26 March 2026 at the AGORA Events Center in Iași, Romania. The conference gathered companies, public organizations, researchers, technology providers and digital-innovation specialists interested in practical applications of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Expertware presented the project as an example of how AI can be applied to cybersecurity operations in a controlled and operationally relevant way. The discussion connected aSIEMmetry’s technical work with the broader question of how organizations can introduce AI gradually, securely and with clear business value.
From business intelligence to AI-assisted security
The event provided a useful context for explaining how advanced analytics and AI can support complex operational processes. In cybersecurity, this means moving beyond isolated alerts and using behavioural context to understand whether activity across users, endpoints, applications and network services represents a meaningful deviation.
aSIEMmetry’s security-entropy multi-agent model is being developed for this purpose. It aims to evaluate changes across SIEM-monitored assets and identify patterns that may deserve analyst attention. The project also includes a specialized LLM SOCagent that can help structure evidence, summarize activity and support investigation while keeping human analysts responsible for final decisions.
Supporting secure and responsible AI adoption
The conference also created an opportunity to discuss the importance of self-hosted AI for environments that process sensitive information. Security telemetry may contain details about internal systems, identities, vulnerabilities and active incidents. Keeping these data flows under organizational control is therefore a central requirement for many SOC teams.
By presenting aSIEMmetry at DIZ 4.0, Expertware highlighted the connection between innovation, cybersecurity and responsible deployment. The project demonstrates that AI adoption should not be separated from questions of governance, explainability, access control and operational resilience.
The event helped increase awareness of the project among organizations in the regional and European digital ecosystem. It also reinforced aSIEMmetry’s objective of transforming research and technical development into capabilities that can support stronger, more efficient and more resilient security operations.
