This incident follows a series of recent outages affecting Microsoft services. Last week, Microsoft faced disruptions with its Exchange Admin Center and family subscription service, highlighting ongoing challenges in maintaining service stability.

Users have reported various issues with file access in Teams, including error messages indicating problems reaching the app, and difficulties in accessing files stored in SharePoint through Teams.

The community suggests troubleshooting steps such as checking file permissions, ensuring team membership, and addressing potential OneDrive syncing issues.

Microsoft has not yet provided a timeline for resolution but has assured users that they are actively working on the problem. In the meantime, users are advised to use alternative file-sharing methods, such as uploading files to OneDrive and sharing them directly with team members or family groups.

This latest outage underscores the complexities of maintaining large-scale cloud services and the impact such disruptions can have on organizational productivity and collaboration.
